About the Event:
Early registration for shooters will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 8:00 a.m. to Noon on Friday, Sept 19, and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sept 20.
Chuck Wagon Dinner – Saturday Night- RSVP required. $25 per person.
During the weekend there will be food & refreshments available for purchase, by shooter or spectators.
We will be holding give aways, raffles & awards across the weekend.
Invitational:
- Fastest Time- Men’s & Ladies
- Buckle to First place- Man and Lady
- Conchos and a cash prize – 2-5 Men and 2-3 Ladies
- Trophies – Men’s 2-10 and Ladies 2-5
Worlds:
- Fastest Time- Men and Ladies
- Buckle and Cash prize for 1-15 Men and 1-10 Ladies
Schedule of Events:
- Invitationals – Friday, Sept 19th & Saturday, Sept 20th – $165 entry fee
Opening ceremony begins at 12:30 p.m. – Toes on the line at 1 p.m.
We will aim for 5 rounds on Friday, time permitting, and continue Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
Finals will begin Saturday after the 10th round – Top 10 men and top 10 ladies will shoot off.

- Church Service Sunday 8:00 a.m.
- Worlds Sunday, Sept 21st – $165 entry fee

Double X elimination format
Please bring tables, chairs, and pop-ups. Air-conditioned buildings are available for cooling off as needed.
Spectators’ entry is free & can join us from 9 am (Apart from Friday – please see times above)
