Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By signing up for our XFDA online membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between XFDA (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“the subscriber”, “you”, “your”).

2. Username/Alias Selection

You are required to choose a unique alias when creating your account. We reserve the right to request that you change your alias if it is too similar to another member’s alias, as determined at our sole discretion. Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension of your account until a suitable alias is chosen.

3. Membership Duration and Payment

Duration: Your membership is valid for one (1) year and will automatically renew on April 1st of each year.
Payment: The total fee for membership is $45, payable at the time of registration. This fee is the same whether you join at the start or later in the membership year.
Renewal: Membership will automatically renew on April 1st each year at the annual fee of $45. You will be notified in advance of the renewal, allowing you to update payment details or cancel before the renewal occurs.

4. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will receive the following benefits:

Access to take part in any of our listed clubs.
Access to take part in any competitions held by the XFDA
Access to tips and training from fellow XFDA members
Access to a worldwide community of fast draw enthusiast

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at sassy@xfdapro.com. However, the membership fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate these terms and conditions. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Use of Membership

Personal Use: The membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
Prohibited Actions: You agree not to share your login details with others, resell or distribute any member-only content, or use the membership in any manner that is illegal or unauthorized.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You will be notified of significant changes via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.

11. Use of Images and Videos

By becoming a member, you grant XFDA the right to capture, use, and share any photographs, videos, or media taken during XFDA events or competitions. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your likeness featured, you must notify us in writing at sassy@xfdapro.com prior to the event. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of your image or video in group settings or crowd shots.
