World Finals Championship Rules
WFC RULES
- Points System
A. Points will be earned by competing in 4 types of championships. Starting with 1st place seeding and diminishing each place until all points have been given.- City/County Points Shoot 1st place = 20
- Area and State Championships 1st place = 30
- District Championships 1st place = 40
- National Championship 1st place = 50
B. Each shooter will count the top 7 championship events for the year, throwing out the lowest point placements.
C. The yearly season starts After WFC and will end at the beginning of the next WFC.
- There will be 2 different championships, Friday and Saturday will be the Invitational WFC Championship and Sunday will be the World Finals Championship top 15 Men and top 7 Ladies.
- Friday and Saturday have no bearing on the World Finals.
- The Invitational Championship is open to all XFDA members in good standing.This will be shot like a regular championship with 9 rounds on Friday then 3 final rounds on Saturday then the top 10 in the finals. Buckle + cash to 1st place, concho + cash 2-5 and plaque + cash to 6-10 (Cash to 10th place if 30+ shooters).
- The World Finals will be the top 15 Men and the top 7 Ladies on the leaderboard. If someone declines the invitation, then it will be opened to the next number and so on. This will be shot on Sunday like any other finals as a 2x elimination. The winner will be that year’s XFDA Men’s and Ladies World Champions. Buckles + cash to 1st – 15th and 1st – 7th Ladies. The actual days of these events could change depending on the venue but will be clear on the website and flier.
